Our anxiety therapy in New Mexico offers a supportive space to take things slow and make sense of what you are going through.
We can work on this together by understanding your anxiety, easing out your symptoms, and making you feel more grounded in everyday life.
We offer you a warm, non-judgmental space where you can talk abou what is bothering you. We do not need a perfect explanation or a clear timeline of the events you went through. We have trained therapists who can put all the pieces together for you at a manageable pace.
In the session, we will:
Try to figure out what triggers your anxiety and how it shows up in you
Share tools that you can use to control your stress and anxiety moments
Notice patterns in your emotions and behavior
Check in regularly to see what is helping you heal and what needs to be adjusted or changed in the therapy
We will take time to understand what triggers your anxious thoughts. Seeing this pattern clearly makes you feel less overwhelmed and more in control.
