Does everyone in my family have to attend therapy?

No. Therapy can include the whole family or just some members. Sometimes parents come alone, other times parents come with one child, and sometimes the full family attends. We will figure out what makes sense for your situation.

That is completely fine. You set the pace. Your therapist will not push anyone to share more than they are ready for, and trust is built gradually over time.

Yes. While having everyone present can be helpful, meaningful work can still happen with whoever shows up. Even one person making changes can shift the way the whole family interacts.
