Grief is a natural but deeply personal response to loss, and no two experiences look the same. In grief counseling, we provide a safe and compassionate space to process feelings and begin finding ways to live alongside loss. Together, we work toward healing at your own pace, whether your grief feels fresh or has been with you for a long time.

The health and well-being of our clients is one of our top concerns. We are following the current government and health authorities COVID-19 guidance to ensure we are taking the right actions to protect our clients, employees and the community. For in person meetings clients are asked to:

Measure their body temperature
Frequently disinfect hands
Wear face masks at all times


Everyone’s journey with grief is unique. Some people find a few sessions helpful for coping, while others choose longer-term support. Together, we’ll find the pace that feels right for you.
Yes. Grief has no timeline, and it’s never too late to seek support. Many people come to therapy years later to process emotions they didn’t have space for earlier.
Not at all. Grief can come from many experiences, including the end of relationships, loss of health, career changes, or other significant life shifts.
That’s okay. Counseling moves at your pace, meaning that you decide what to share and when.
