Our online therapy in Plano matches you with a licensed Texas therapist from our network of experts. We’ll handle all the busywork to find you the best fit therapist, where you can meet from the comfort of your own home.
The care is the same standard you would get in person. The difference is that it fits into a Plano schedule.
Online therapy in Plano can help you with the following:
Sessions take place on a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, and your details are never shared.
We’ll match you with the best fit therapist for your personal situation, and the first session is all about learning how the process will work, and what you want to get out of therapy.
There is no pressure at all in the first session, and if you think things are not going to work out, we can find another specialist right away until you are 100% happy.
Online therapy in Plano may include:

Your therapist will help you understand your anxiety, where it comes from, and what you can do about it. Anxiety is much more common than you would think, and it isn’t something to be ashamed of.
Depression can look like everything is normal on the outside and to other people, but the reality is much different. Our therapists can help you understand your symptoms, and put you on the path to recovery.
Stress affects most people, which is why it is one of the most common challenges we see clients face. Our stress management service helps clients to deal with stress in productive ways.
A lot of couples can benefit from couples therapy and don’t even realize it. We’ve helped hundreds of couples talk about their challenges out loud, which leads to much more fulfilling relationships over the longer term.
Teens face a lot of challenges, and often don’t get the space to talk about them in the busy daily life. We can help teens talk about their issues in a safe space, and learn techniques for dealing with any problems they are facing.
Grief does not respect a busy calendar. Counseling gives you a patient, judgment-free space to process your loss at your own pace, and to find a way forward that still honors the person or life you are grieving.

Yes. Many of our Plano clients book lunchtime or early-afternoon sessions on work-from-home days. All you need is privacy, an internet connection, and a good setup to take the call.
Your sessions are confidential. If you use insurance, your insurer will see that a claim was made for a therapy session, as with any medical service, but your employer has no access to that information and nothing you discuss leaves the room.
No. You and your therapist decide the pace together. Some people come weekly for a few months; others check in less often. You can change the frequency whenever your needs change.
Yes. Our therapists are licensed across Texas, so we work with clients throughout Collin County and the wider Dallas-Fort Worth area. The only requirement is that you are in Texas when your session takes place.
