Monday-Friday: 8AM - 8PM

Skokie is one of the most diverse villages in the country, and a lot of what makes it a good place to live also makes it a place where people carry things quietly: family expectations, two-language households, long days downtown, and the sense that everyone else on the block is managing fine.
Our online therapy in Skokie connects you with a licensed Illinois therapist from our network of proven experts, and because our home office is right next door in Lincolnwood, we’re very familiar with the area and serving clients here.
Online therapy in Skokie can help you with the following:
Every session runs on a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform – we handle the matching process, and all you need to join is a stable internet connection and privacy.
The first appointment is a conversation, not an assessment to be worried about.
Your therapist will ask what brought you here, what you would like to be different, and what has and has not helped before. From there you agree on goals together and set a pace that works around your life, whether that means early mornings before the Edens fills up or evenings once the house is quiet.
Online therapy in Skokie may include:

Anxiety affects many people (a lot more than you would imagine!). We help lots of clients with anxiety, including understanding where it comes from and how it affects different people.
Depression can make it incredibly hard to even take the first step to recovery, which is why our online service can be so effective. All you need to do is reach out, and we can handle the rest.
Stress is something that a lot of people deal with, and it can vary in how much it affects daily life. We help hundreds of clients understand where their stress comes from, and what the best techniques are for dealing with it.
Many couples don’t even consider therapy until it is too late. Our online couples therapy service helps clients across Skokie and the rest of Illinois build stronger bonds, and learn to listen to each other without it leading to an argument.
Skokie teens grow up in a high-achieving environment, and the pressure at Niles North and Niles West, in AP schedules, and around college applications can be relentless. Our therapists give young people a private space to talk about anxiety, identity, friendships, and family expectations, without a parent in the room and without judgment.
Skokie is a place where many families arrived from somewhere else, and grief here often comes with distance: a loss on another continent, a funeral you could not attend. Counseling gives you room to grieve in your own way and at your own pace, and to carry the person you lost into the life you are living now.
