My modalities include CBT; Motivational interviewing; DBT skills; Trauma; Goal setting; Art and Music therapy; Role play and Christian counseling if requested. I have worked as a clinician in home and in office for 6 years. ?I bring humor; positive energy; joy and empathy to my practice. My goal is for clients to feel comfortable; cared for and understood.
