Adolescence is supposed to be the time of growth and discovery, but for many it can also bring unique pressures and challenges. Teen counselling provides a safe and supportive environment where young people can talk openly about their challenges without judgement, and develop the tools they need to thrive.

Teen counselling is designed to meet adolescents where they are. Sessions are approachable and guided by a therapist who understands the unique experiences of teens. We aim to build trust, encourage self-expression, and provide strategies that empower young people to face these challenges with confidence.

Often, sessions are one-on-one with the teen, but family sessions may be included to strengthen communication and support.
Common topics include school stress, friendships, family conflict, anxiety, depression, identity, and self-esteem.
Yes, except in cases where safety is a concern. Confidentiality is key to building trust, though therapists may share general progress updates with parents when appropriate.
It’s not always obvious, but some signs to look out for may include withdrawal, changes in mood, sleep issues, a drop in grades, or difficulty coping with new situations. If you’re unsure, a consultation can help determine whether therapy is a good fit.
